Ingredients


  • Hung Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Mixed Peppers - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  • Spring Onion - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Carrots - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
  • Garlic - 1 clove (finely chopped optional)
  • Fresh Coriander - 1/2 tsp ( finely chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 tsp


Directions

Mix all the ingredients and serve with chips , pita  or vegetables
