Ingredients


  • Boiled White Channas / Garbanzo / Chickpeas - 1 cup.
  • Tahini (sesame paste) - 2-3 tbsp
  • Fresh Cilantro - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 cloves (optional)
  • Lemon Juice - 1 no
  • Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Roasted Ground Cummin Pwd - 1/2 tsb
  • Chilli Flakes/ Chilli Pwd - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Green Chilli - 2 no
  • Roast red pepper- 1/2 


Directions


  1. Combine all the ingredients and grind them in a mixer . If it feels too thick add little water slowly
  2. Can be used in dips , sandwiches mix, wraps, etc
