Ingredients


  • Iceberg lettuce - 1no
  • boiled potato - 2 medium 1/2 " pieces
  • rosted crushed peanuts - 1/4 cup
  • cottage cheese / paneer - 1/3 cup
  • soy sauce - 1tsp
  • all stir fry sauce / any fav sauce - 1tbsp
  • spring onion chopped - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 2tbsp
  • salt n pepper to taste
  • ginger - 1tsp
  • green chilli - 1tsp
  • coriander - 1 tsp
  • mixed pepper & carrots julliens - 1/4 cup
  • French beans - 5 finely sliced
  • crispy noodle - 1 cup


Directions


  1. Heat the pan and add oil . Let it heat it a little then add ginger , spring onion ,green chillies and sauté it for a minute . Then add potatoes , soy sauce , all stir fry sauce , crushed peanuts and panner .
  2. Finally add mixed peppers , French beans n coriander .
  3. Separate the lettuce leaves and add the mixture in it and then top it with crispy noodle and serve .
