Fruit Trifle

Ingredients


  • 1 Vanilla sponge cake (cut in 1/2" cubes)
  • 1.5 cup Vanilla custard 
  • 1/2 cup Jelly- Raspberry or strawberry flavor (to add color)
  • 1 cup of Assorted fruits of your choice, cut into cubes (Mango, Banana, Grapes, Strawberries,blueberries,raspberries )
  • 1 Cup Whipped cream


Directions


  1. Take individual or a transparent bowl and put a layer of sponge cake
  2. Top it up with a layer of Custard, then Jelly, then fruits and last add whipped cream
  3. You can add sprinkles of chopped nuts like pista or almonds on top if desired.
  4. Place the Trifle in the refrigerator for about an hour and serve cold
