Ingredients


Mango Layer

  • Mango pulp - 1 cup
  • Gelatine - 1 tbsp

Cream Layer

  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Grated fresh coconut - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Gelatine - 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 3-4 drops
  • Fresh fruits to decorate


Directions


  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water and then heat it a little in microwave for 15 sec add to the room temperature mango puree.
  2. Pour the mango mixture 1/2 in silicon moulds and allow it to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hr or till it sets.
  3. Then mix the cream, coconut milk , grated coconut,sugar ,vanilla essence and melted gelatin and heat it till completely dissolved and no lumps are remaining.
  4. Start to pour the second layer on the top of mango layer and allow it to cool again in refrigerator for 2 hr or till it gets set.
  5. Demould it and decorate it with fresh seasonal fruits.
