Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce - 1no
- boiled potato - 2 medium 1/2 " pieces
- rosted crushed peanuts - 1/4 cup
- cottage cheese / paneer - 1/3 cup
- soy sauce - 1tsp
- all stir fry sauce / any fav sauce - 1tbsp
- spring onion chopped - 2 tbsp
- oil - 2tbsp
- salt n pepper to taste
- ginger - 1tsp
- green chilli - 1tsp
- coriander - 1 tsp
- mixed pepper & carrots julliens - 1/4 cup
- French beans - 5 finely sliced
- crispy noodle - 1 cup
Directions
- Heat the pan and add oil . Let it heat it a little then add ginger , spring onion ,green chillies and sauté it for a minute . Then add potatoes , soy sauce , all stir fry sauce , crushed peanuts and panner .
- Finally add mixed peppers , French beans n coriander .
- Separate the lettuce leaves and add the mixture in it and then top it with crispy noodle and serve .
