Ingredients
- Boiled White Channas / Garbanzo / Chickpeas - 1 cup.
- Tahini (sesame paste) - 2-3 tbsp
- Fresh Cilantro - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves (optional)
- Lemon Juice - 1 no
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Roasted Ground Cummin Pwd - 1/2 tsb
- Chilli Flakes/ Chilli Pwd - 1/2 tsp
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Green Chilli - 2 no
- Roast red pepper- 1/2
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients and grind them in a mixer . If it feels too thick add little water slowly
- Can be used in dips , sandwiches mix, wraps, etc
