Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
- 2/3 cup Sliced Almonds
- 2 cups Flour (maida)
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Almond Essence (optional)
- 2/3 cup Almonds
- Cream
- Almond, Sugar and Cinnamon (on top)
- 1/2 Banana (add 2 tablespoon Buttermilk)
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- Buttermilk (adjust const)
Directions
- Sieve cinnamon powder and ginger powder in a bowl
- In another bowl take butter, sugar and brown sugar and cream it till the sugar begins to mix well and dissolve in the butter
- Take banana and mash it with fork and add the baking powder and baking soda
- Finally add Sieve floor in the butter and sugar mix, add almonds and slowly mix it using the cut and fold method. Add the banana mix too
- If the mixture appears to be too thick, add little butter milk to reduce the thickness. Remember to mix carefully
- Pour the mixture in a greased tin and top it up with sugar and sliced almonds
- Bake the mixture at 180*C for 35-45 Minutes
