Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1/2 Apple
- 1.5 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Cornflour
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder (a pinch)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- Oil as desired (for frying)
Directions
- Cut the Apple and Banana length wise
- Prepare a batter of flour, cornflour, baking powder. Make enough so that it can coat the fruits.
- Heat oil, dip the fruits in the batter and fry it till crisp
- Melt the sugar in a pan, when it starts to change color, put the fruit fritters and let the sugar coat it from all sides
- Immediately take them out and put them in ice cold water till they become hard. Top them with Sesame seeds and nuts
